WP1 Project management and coordination

The objectives of WP1 are to ensure the coordination of the overall project management and financial administration, a successful implementation of the project activities and the achievement of high-quality outputs.

WP1 leader organises the project general meetings (kick-off, midterm, final) and supervises the administrative and financial management of the project, through dedicated monitoring tools.

UNIVPM is responsible for the organization of two boards composed of members of the Consortium: the Quality Assurance Committee and the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee meets on a regular basis to assess the on-going compliance of the project activities with the plan and take decisions about rescheduling or review some tasks/activities. The Quality Assurance Committee meets on regular basis with the following aims: submit evaluation questionnaires to the main target groups involved in the project activities, as well as WP leaders with the aim to collect information about the activities carried out; collect information and data to draft quality and monitoring reports to be shared at consortium level to support management and decision-making processes.

  • Deliverable: Intermediate progress and financial report (month20) - Intermediate report about activities carried out at M18 and financial report based on reporting forms and Timesheets from all the partners. Electronic progress Report in English of about 20 pages, including financial report.
