WP3 Creation of ESN – Erasmus Student Network sections

WP3 focuses on two main areas: the organization of training modules for ESN members (ESN Schools) and the creation of 2 new ESN sections in Western Balkans.

ESN Ancona is responsible for the training of the members of existing and candidate ESN sections. A training called ESN School is addressed to the members of the 4 ESN sections: ESN Albania, ESN Mostar, ESN Shkodra and ESN Podgorica. Each ESN School is designed according to the needs of each section. For example, the ESN School for ESN Shkodra and ESN Podgorica is more focused on the management and the role of each member. On the other side, the ESN School for ESN Albania aims to develop the competences of each member according to his/her role and to transfer knowledge on possible projects/activities. ESN Schools took place during the first year of the project, i.e. 2024.

The creation of an ESN section in Shkodra and in Podgorica are organized with the support of ESN Ancona and ESN Albania and an official opening ceremony is organized.
