Survey on internationalization efforts and practices
One of the first activities of the ESN-AIR project was the distribution of questionnaires to students, teachers and staff.
The responses will help universities understand the factors influencing academic career choices, the involvement of students and staff in university life, and their participation in international exchange programs.
Over 410 staff and 618 students of the partner universities filled in the questionnaire, which is a remarkable success!
The data collected will be used to develop strategies for enhancing international mobility and civic engagement in our academic communities, ultimately benefiting future students and enhancing the international opportunities provided by their home university. Finally these activities aim at encouraging the promotion of the Western Balkans and Adriatic-Ionian regions and reduce the brain drain phenomenon.
